Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before making a booking. By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined below.

Bookings

All bookings and enquiries are to be made via direct message (DM).
Full payment is required to secure your hire.
Try-ons do not reserve or hold an item.
Bookings are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
By booking with LA ROBE, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ID & Security

A clear photo of valid identification (ID) is required to secure your booking.
ID is collected strictly for security purposes and is kept 100% private and confidential.

Postage (Australia-Wide)

Express Post is available Australia-wide.
A prepaid return satchel is included with your hire.
Returns must be lodged over the counter at Australia Post on the next business day after your hire.
Please retain your lodgement receipt as proof of return.
LA ROBE is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post.

Returns & Late Fees

Please return your hire on time so it is ready for the next client
Late fees apply from $25 per day.
If a late return impacts another booking, additional compensation may be required.
Lost or unreturned items will be charged at full retail value.

Garment Care

Please treat all garments with care.
No alterations are permitted (no pins, cutting, or stitching).
Do not wash or spot-clean the garment yourself.
Minor wear is acceptable.
Major stains, tanning or makeup marks, stretching, or damage may incur repair or replacement fees.
If a dress is returned unwearable, the full retail price will be charged.

Refunds & Cancellations

All hires are non-refundable once payment has been made.
This includes change of mind, incorrect sizing, event cancellations, or postage delays.
If your event is cancelled more than 2 weeks prior to your hire date, a credit may be offered at LA ROBE’s discretion.

Try-Ons

Try-ons are welcome by appointment only.
Please avoid fake tan, makeup, perfume, or oils during try-ons to keep garments in perfect condition for all clients
